I first realised that I could help people from a very young age by giving neck and head massage to friends and family. With each treatment, using a bespoke combination, I am able to tune into the mind-body relationship of each individual, adapting treatments according to my client’s needs. Using a variety of techniques in intuitive and crystal energy healing, aromatherapy and ayuredic massage, I may also use breathing and visualisation techniques .

Alexandra trained in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She obtained further training and qualifications at the Metta School in London. Her work ranges from addressing office-based postural problems to preparing athletes for marathon races. From helping physical rehabilitation and mobility after injury to general pampering and stress-busting to taking part in local wellbeing fairs and treating backstage staff at
Glastonbury and other national music events.

This makes a simple and light summer salad. Prepare the rice, lentils and onion in advance for quick assembly. Brown rice mixed and lentils are a classic combination, sometimes mixed with barley to provide a hearty dish known as Esau’s Pottage. Like avocados, brown rice with lentils possess nutrients which provide almost a complete meal in themselves.
