What exactly is kinesiology?
In
simple terms it is using the body's own resources and precise muscle
testing procedures to discover areas that need adjustment and
balancing, enabling the client to lead a more fulfilled, healthier and
happier life. Muscle
testing is a painless procedure involving gentle pressure to different
parts of the body. You will be lying on a couch fully clothed and it is
only necessary to remove your shoes.
Kinesiology is a non-invasive approach to healing which looks at health in an holistic way.
It
searches the chemical, structural, emotional and mental aspects of the
body, all of which interact with one another in achieving optimum
health. Our
programme permits us to work either in conjunction with your own
practitioner, medical advisor and counsellor or we will provide your
own personal programme which enables you to reach your chosen goal.
Who can benefit from it?
Anyone
and everyone. Kinesiology helps people with a wide variety of problems
which could include structural or emotional problems and even
educational problems. For
example kinesiology has been successful in helping people suffering
from eczema, psoriasis, acne, dermatitis, asthma, sinusitis, hay fever,
allergies, stress, tinnitus, vertigo, osteo- and rheumatoid-arthritis,
headaches and migraines, backache and old painful injuries, periodontal
disease, IBS, hyperactivity, ME, MS, tiredness, PMS and problems
associated with the menopause etc.
Kinesiology
provides an avenue to finding the right path in life by correcting with
touch, nutrition, herbal medicine, homoeopathy, supplementation, EFT,
NLP, energy and counselling to balance the body holistically. Whatever
your symptoms, Kinesiology will balance you by removing the negative
stresses affecting your physical and emotional problems.
