An energy session begins with a healing which allows me to feel your aura (the energy surrounding your body) to look for hot/cold spots; tears and rhythms which are reflective of your energetic “health”. There are 7 layers of the aura which work in conjunction with the 7 chakras. Following this we then proceed with a detailed review and assessment of your aura and chakras (the energy centres sitting within your body).

Each layer of the aura and each chakra vibrate at a specific colour. The colour has within it specific vibrations; symbols; mental image pictures and a history which explains its function and possibilities. If there are imbalances within the aura and chakra it will reflect in a certain aspect of your life e.g. relationships; patterns; fears; successes and desires along with those circumstances we wish we could have done differently. Past lives will be read as they appear and always have an impact on our lives in present time.

In summary a thorough review of your energy will highlight the parts of your self which you feel complete with and those which you will want to modify and change. It will validate all the parts of yourself you intuitively knew existed and those parts you know you would like to change.
