Exercise
EXERCISE - AN ESSENTIAL PART OF LIFE

It might sound obvious, but exercise is really important in maintaining a healthy body.   It increases energy levels, keeps weight under control, benefits those with heart conditions and helps circulation and posture.   Endorphins are released during exercise, which helps with depression.   Many people find that if they study or work in an office, for example, taking an exercise break helps their performance.

The problem is, although we all know this on some level, not many people find time to exercise as much as they should.   Its hard to find time to spare for exercise, and when living in built-up areas, running, cycling and walking all seem less attractive than they would in the countryside.   Gyms are plentiful but opening times and prices work against many people, not to mention a feel of self-consciousness which more often than not will stop people from wanting to exercise in public.

When you consider that the number of steps it is recommended that each person takes a day is 10,000 you can see how easy it is for our exercise lives to be in serious need of reform!

There is too much evidence facing us to show that exercise should actually be an essential part of life, so if you need a bit of a kick start to get you to go to the gym or dig out an old video of Lizzie Webb or Mr. Motivator look no further!
