Alexandra trained in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She obtained further training and qualifications at the Metta School in London. Her work ranges from addressing office-based postural problems to preparing athletes for marathon races. From helping physical rehabilitation and mobility after injury to general pampering and stress-busting to taking part in local wellbeing fairs and treating backstage staff at Glastonbury and other national music events.

She is also a qualified Reflexologist, specialising in the treatment of thyroid conditions, hormonal imbalance, digestive disorders, infertility, and pre/post natal conditions. Alex qualified at the London School of Reflexology and has since attended a number of specialist advanced courses.

Alexandra is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Complementary Therapists Association. She continues to further her professional development and hosts Advanced Thai Massage courses in East Sussex and London twice a year. She is active in promotion of complementary therapies.

Alex practices Yoga and finds that it gives her further insight into other ways in which the body can harmonise itself towards good health.
