Stefania’s aim is to promote muscle health. Muscle
comprises more than half of the body mass. Yet this major part of the
anatomy has been consistently overlooked in traditional diagnoses of
common ailments. Unhealthy muscles can cause a broad range of disorders
from back pain to bronchitas. Also some of Stefania’s work is to
establish a foundation for healing eyesight and optomizing vision.
Stefania further aims to further to develop client
awareness, the master key to remain healthy. If you know how your mind,
body and emotions interact with your daily life, including the food you
eat, you can make reasonable choices in order to maintain good health
and restore it. In addition to this Stefania chooses to use only the
very best Organic oils in all of her Treaments.
In 2000 Stefania received her B.T.E.C. Quali.cation at L.S.S.M. (London School Of
Sport Massage) where at present, she is employed as a teacher. Since
qualifying in Sport Massage Stefania has been involved in sport events
and persons at both amateur and professional level.

Remedial Massage:
The use of advanced massage techniques to try to remedy
musculoskeletal problems that are caused by lifes stress, especially in
relation to posture, sport and occupational factors. As well as
hands-on treatment the Remedial massage therapist offers remedial
advice on posture, training and exercises to help the client achieve
long-term self improvement.
Myofascial therapy:
Represents a philosophy of care in which the therapist
facilitates the patients own inherent ability to correct soft tissue
dysfunction. Myofascial release refers to the manual massage technique
for stretching the fascia and releasing bonds between fascia and
integument, muscles, and bones, with the goal of eliminating pain,
increasing range of motion and balancing the body. The fascia is
manipulated, directly or indirectly, allowing the connective tissue
.bres to reorganize themselves into a more .exible, functional fashion.
Aromatherapy:
Is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile
liquid plant materials, known as essential oils (EOs), and other
scented compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person’s
mood or health. Essential oils differ in chemical composition from
other herbal products because the distillation process only recovers
the lighter phytomolecules.
Prenatal Massage:
Massage during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork which
focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes
through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. Massage
therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves
circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical
fatigue.
Each client will receive an individual consultancy during which they will be informed
as to the required length of treatment which is tailored to their personal needs.
