BLUEBERRY AND RASPBERRY BRULEE

Summer berries contain a wealth of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

Blueberries are said to be one of the most important superfoods, being rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and E.

Health giving properties of blueberries

Special fibre content enhances digestive health

Cleanses blood and tones circulation

Powerful antioxidants protect against infection, disease and ageing

Promotes healthy cell renewal

Serves 4

  • 8 oz organic blueberries
  • 8 oz organic raspberries
  • 12 fl oz live Greek yogurt, 0% fat
  • 4 tbsp molasses sugar

1. Mix fruit and place in a fire proof dish.

2. Cover with yogurt.

3. Sprinkle molasses sugar over top.

4. Place close to a pre-heated very hot grill for 2-3 minutes until sugar has melted and is bubbling.

5. May be served hot, warm or cold.
